3. How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Because most items in our shop are made to order, it may take up to 5 days to process and prep for shipping. From that point, it could take up to 20 days for your order to be received, but note that most items will deliver within 7 days in the US, and up to 20 days for international orders.
4. How do I track my order?
You should receive an email when your product ships, which will contain a tracking number for your package.
If you don’t receive a tracking number, first check your spam folder.
5. How do I return/exchange my order?
RETURNS
All returns must be received within 30 days for US.
EXCHANGES
Not all items can be exchanged as some products may be out of stock or discontinued. If you have questions about your return/exchange please contact us.
6. How do I Cancel My Order?
All cancellations must be made within 24 hrs of initial purchase.
Due to the nature of our custom products, every order is made to order. Your product starts the manufacturing process 1 day after you place your order. For this reason, we cannot allow cancellations after 24 hrs.
